Our portfolio includes the Strategy & Business Consultant program, the AdA certificate (Germany's train-the-trainer qualification under AEVO), and tailored programs for companies and organizations. All courses are modular, career-oriented, and conclude with meaningful certificates.

Strategy & Business Consultant

The Strategy & Business Consultant program builds practical skills in two modules — business, and communication and psychology — for demanding roles in sales, consulting, project management, and leadership. Topics include business administration, marketing, accounting, people management, negotiation, rhetoric, conflict management, and personal development. The program has open admission and is designed for working professionals who want to advance their careers strategically.

AdA Certificate — German Trainer Qualification (AEVO)

The AdA certificate officially qualifies you to train apprentices in a company under Germany's dual education system. We offer the course 100% online, prepare you specifically for the chamber (IHK) exam, and cover the four fields of action defined by the German trainer aptitude regulation: assessing training requirements, and preparing, delivering, and completing training. For members of the German Armed Forces, funding through the Career Transition Service (BFD) is available.

Corporate Training for Companies & Organizations

For companies, public administrations, and nonprofit organizations, we develop customized in-house programs: from a combined business & communication package with integrated AdA certificate to targeted trainings for sales, service, and leadership teams. Mentoring & Advisory

In personal mentoring, we support managing directors, executives, business owners, and career starters on their individual development path. Topics range from strategy, business model, and positioning to communication, negotiation, and leadership, all the way to career development and orientation. Mentoring is held online or in person and can be booked as single sessions, packages, or longer-term support.

Funding Your Training

Many of our programs qualify for funding. Members of the German Armed Forces use the Career Transition Service (BFD); employees in Germany may be eligible for education vouchers, the advancement grant (Aufstiegs-BAföG), or employment agency programs, depending on their state and circumstances. We're happy to advise you individually on the right funding options for your course.
